Step 2: Register Contact Information
Please enter the name, email, and phone number of the registrant. (This is important, especially if you are registering on behalf of the person enrolling in the course and the billing information is not the same). We will use this for the certification record and to contact the registrant with the enrollment reminder and map to the class, one week prior to the course start.
If the registrant has previously certified with AABP, please include the Certification # and Expiration Date in the registration.
